Euromaid
UPDATE. I was contacted by Euromaid after reviewing product on Trust Pilot and another site. They have offered to replace oven door handle. Although other customers on social media have reported that they do not respond my experience is a quick response. The issue remaining for me is why an oven door handle which is rarely used snapped off. I'm hoping the technician can give some ideas as to why. This company makes white goods. Glen Dimplex Pty Ltd basically owns Euromaid. These are sold through distributors such as Appliances on line. I bought around 2020 a 900 mm Euromaid freestanding Gas Oven. I barely have used the oven as I usually eat takeaways salads or go out. I do use the cook top. So in the time I've had the oven I've used it about 5 times. Tonight would have been the 6th. However as I went to heat up the pizza the oven door broke. Just snapped. If I was a chef the oven door would have lasted a fortnight tops. I have in the past used other products from Euromaid. The gas stove wasn't cheap around $1400-$1500 at the time I purchased it. Very disappointed. And now I have a lovely looking freestanding oven with the oven door rail hanging. From looking at Google I'm not alone in this experience. Beware Euromaid I do not recommend Euromaid. For information the Dept of Fair Trading ( Consumer Affairs) don't consider warranties.
