Don't bother with returns ...
UPDATE (1 month after the first review was written):
After several rounds of email exchanges and them admitting that they had never experienced such a situation before (a local courier was not able - due to their policy - to deliver a return package to an address inside an airport), they refunded the whole amount without further questions asked.
Unless you know that you want to keep the products ordered, it's maybe fine, but otherwise don't bother.
Their return procedure is an absolute nightmare: they use unmanned forwarding addresses of a Hong Kong based Chinese logistics company (review score of 2.9) that are located inside restricted areas (airport) to which normal courier companies do not deliver. Even if your home address is in one country, the address you have to return the package to may be in a completely different country, because the actual return address will be anyway Hong Kong.
Anyway, the 'company' seems to be just a bunch of people organizing everything via email from different parts of the world. There is no real office behind the physical address of the company (in Amsterdam), ordered products are shipped out from China and - as described above - use proxy addresses everywhere else to forward returns directly back to China. No one ever picked up the phone under the contact phone number stated on the return shipping label.

A Tale of Two Halves
Hello,
Ordering and receiving the Grip was seamless enough. Arrived in less than a week.
The device was well made and I liked the extra DSLR features over and above just a Bluetooth shutter as with so many other products out there. Ergonomically though it was lacking.
With the Fjorden case for my hands it’s just not enough “grip” in the device. My fingers struggle to zoom in and out and it’s just not natural.
There a better grip feel holding one hand only with the adapter attached to my Apple case not the case provided which had a cheaper feel to it and I can rest my little finger underneath as it’s thicker in depth now but the device then doesn’t magnetically grip properly at the end as it’s too thick for the magnets to hold the adapter steady at the end , fine in the middle of the case.
I really wanted to love this device but it’s not for me , sorry. 4 Stars for the product

Had to pay myself to return it , fair enough, but was told to send it via a traceable source which I did at a cost of €17.50 from Ireland to Holland . That was a week ago since it was delivered back ( February 21st) but I have heard nothing from Customer Service so far despite two emails !
I read a similar negative review here and the one instance of Customer Service replying to a negative review suggested the Leica Lux Grip so I will look at that as an alternative.
Maybe I will get a response here since they seem to have no problem replying to 4…
