Out Of Warranty Repairs My laser cap stopped working and I believe a simple loose wire to be the reason. It is outside of the two year warranty and I have been told that my only option is to send it tracked delivery to Florida and that the cost of repair is $200 plus an additional $65 for return postage. I have pointed out that nowhere on their website does it mention this nor is it evident in the manual. They have acknowledged this and accepted that this cost is a significant amount. They thank me for my valuable feed back and say they will review their website, neither of which is any help to me. Initially when I emailed for details of the repair process- I was given the US email address by the UK office- I was ignored. I then went back to the UK office who agreed to chase it for me. I then received several emails thanking me for registering my warranty and then received a further email from the international Sales Director saying it was a pleasure speaking with me although he wished it was under better circumstances but I hadn’t had a phone call with him or anyone in his office! I do not wish to pay an extortionate amount of money and send the cap at my expense 4500 miles to be repaired and had I known that was their policy I would not have bought the cap. If they are proud of their product and service they should be open and honest about out of warranty repairs to UK customers but sadly they are not.

I bought the Actonis™ 18 Dual Action LaserComb and started using it on April 11th. 2025. My head did feel a little odd and I wasn't sure what was going on. I also did it three more times up until April 19th 2025. So a total of four treatments at 8 minutes a piece. By the 19th. I had such pressure in my head and my tinnitus was acting up and I could not figure out why. My blood pressure was up probably due to such a odd feeling in my head. And then it dawned on me that the only change I had made was the brush I was using. I have since discontinued using the brush and my head is feeling much better. I have anxiety and do take medicine for it. And I have read that red light therapy can aggravate anxiety, and also that the medication I take is photosensitive. Even though I have never had any issues with the other red light therapy that I use for my face. Face. I believe that this brush is very strong and probably would work and I was hopeful. But as for me, I have to return it because I do not want to deal with those side effects. So I wanted to post in case anyone else is taking Lexapro or has anxiety. You may get an increase in anxiety and or head pressure, and tinnitus. I hope this helps. Others evaluate whether or not this device is appropriate for you. I will be sending it back for a full refund. NOTE: I did not do the test on my forearm before using the device. But once I called customer service I did it that same evening. This company is fully aware that the helmet Hairmax product has issues. It just stops working. They did replace my product twice but when you pay $700 for a product you expect it to last but this does not. Why? Because of known issues with the battery. Or because they design it to stop working so you will buy again. The product is way overpriced to begin with. But I’ve had issues with alopecia so spent the money for this product to help. Now it stops working again and they won’t replace it. I could see if titcqas misused but it was not. It has known issues to just stop working. I intend to file complaints with BBB

You are wasting your money....I purchased the $500 comb and hair products. Don't do it. You need too get GOOD vitamins, use liquid horsetail and very good serum in your scalp and it will grow back. Do your research, take herbs.. This is a waste of money. Evolis shampoo is what I use.

I bought the Igrow in 2013 for $700 used it often and every day zero results The prongs on my head often hurt but I still kept with it. I now see the Hairmax on QVC for $430 I am desperate for help but hesitate to spend more money on a similar product. Seems as if both products are using the same red laser.
