When I called Customer Service, I was very impressed that my call was answered immediately by a real person. These days, it's frustrating that so many companies rely on automated systems and chatbots that often lack the understanding and common sense that only a human can provide. I had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos from Hairmax, and he was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire conversation. I also want to thank you for the discount toward my Laserband. It is greatly appreciated.

Have been using the supplements for months now, I don't know if it grows hair back but it definitely helps keep it from falling out. My hair seems thicker and fuller. I am turning into such a fan I got the shampoo and conditioner. I even got my father and cousin on board. Turning into a family thing.

The HairMax LaserComb is definitely on the pricey side, but I can honestly say it works. Since I started using it, my hair has been growing so much and the front of my hair looks way fuller than before. It’s simple to use, doesn’t take much time, and it’s become part of my routine. I was nervous spending so much at first, but I feel like it really did its job and I’m happy with the results.

I have been on the look out for a product to help with my hair loss. After doing some research and discussing it with my Doctor, I have decided on the Hairmax comb and shampoo/conditioner. Besides my doctor recommendation of Hairmax, the reviews and success stories reassured me. But I also have to mention that their customer service and patience with all my questions was beyond any other company I have explored! I am looking forward to using this product!

I bought this product because my hairdresser has used it for a long time and he swears by it. He said he was starting to go bald at the crown and now he has the most beautiful thick head of hair and he is 70 years old. So, I just started to loose my hair in the last six months to where it was really noticeable and very concerning. I am 68 and I always had pretty nice hair. I just got the product just about a month ago. So at this time, my five stars are mainly because of the great customer service I received from Yuritsa. She always takes my calls and responds to all my questions and concerns. It turns out that they make this product right here in Boca Raton. I was able to go right there to pick it up because I was so anxious to start using it. It has only been a little over a month but I am seeing much less hair in my brush after shampooing. I am also seeing my shine coming back as it was very dull and frizzy prior to use. It is very easy to use and only takes about 11 minutes 3 times a week. I hope to report back in a few months with more positive things to say about the thickness of my hair but so far so good.

I purchased this device about three months ago and waited to do a review. The device is very easy to use, based on customer service advice I was recommended the HAIRMAX Laserband. It is quick to use, lightweight and I'm hoping for results but I've got to be patient, I'd recommend it at this time.

My daughter convinced me to work on my hair loss due to medications! Started using the laser comb 12; then upgraded to laser band 82 about 10 years ago! The band is still working. Bought my husband laser cap 272 two years ago. Everything I bought is working as it should from the hardware to the haircare products including the supplements - the whole line! I am a HairMax LaserComb user from over a decade ago. When I contacted HairMax last month because my lasercomb would not charge (I hadn't used it in years), they told me it was no longer supported but they could offer me a generous discount on a new product. The Hairmax laser cap helped when the doctor's could not. I experienced fast, complete hair loss in a large area on the back of head, plus thinning throughout (at age 67). I was diagnosed with alopecia and provided a topical prescription from the doctor...no change after two rounds of medications and continued rapid hair loss. I began looking for alternatives, and I found Hairmax. I followed the instructions with commitment. And, just as provided in the instructions, I first experienced a slowing of the hair loss (the first month), then small 'sprouts' of new hair around the bald area (the second month), then a filling of the bald area...and now I cannot find a 'bald' area at all (one year later). I am continuing to use the Hairmax because I am finding that the volume of my hair continues to increase. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!!! Just stick to it!!!

The device works great if you're consistent but had to return the supplements they caused a terrible breakout from the high dose biotin. Called customer service to return and it was surprised at how quick and easy it was.

Absolutely loving the Acceler8 Hair Booster + Nutrients Treatment! Tried other brands, but this is the only thing that's been helping to minimize shedding! Very lightly scented, if at all, which is a total plus. I always look forward to using it!

DOUBLE WHAMMY As an elderly woman living in a community for seniors, I have seen some expensive and/or time consuming remedies my neighbors adopt for thinning hair—wigs, backcombing, bangs beginning at the crown, and more. Some of them, like me, have to take a blood thinner (often thins more than blood, hence, double whammy). Regular use of Hairmax devices has left me with hair thick enough to style myself (favorite is pulled back with a clasp—takes two minutes).

Weird, really. I took a photo the first week (early January, 2021) I received the laser comb and just took another today (February 20). So, what is that, seven weeks? And, the hair on the top of my head already looks somewhat fuller, thicker. Not much, mind you, but more than I expected. Maybe I'm delusional, and time will tell, but, it's beginning to look very promising. I'll report back in a month. By the way, the comb is a really handsome, well-designed and well-crafted little device. I have nothing bad to say about HairMax... and I'm neither a spokesman for the company nor a shill. Just a guy whose thinning hair all of a sudden became really thin and who decided to try something to change that trajectory. And, I didn't want to go the surgery-transplant route. Hoping this does the trick.
