bought 2 deadspace 3 copies, but both keys was already activated
Svar fra Keys4Coins: Hi Vikoslav,
We take all customer cases seriously and investigate them carefully. In your case, we replied to your ticket the same day and asked for the required screenshots so we could verify your claim and contact our supplier, but you never replied to any of our follow-ups and instead canceled the ticket without saying a word. Without the requested information we cannot verify your claim or request a refund, and both codes were delivered successfully.
We handle all legitimate activation issues quickly when customers cooperate, but in this case you chose not to continue the process. You can still reply with the requested information if you want us to reopen the case.

Efficient and just
Products delivered swiftly and easily, provided you know how to work with cryptocurrency. As for their support, it's attentive, quick and just; one of my best support experiences overall.

Fees can be high depending on payment method, but that’s what I signed up for so I can’t complain. Delivery is fast, and the one time I had an issue with a key, support helped straighten it out. Will continue using.

Les på Trustpilotbought terraria on here and the gift…
bought terraria on here and the gift link was invalid. update: problem was solved a week later, i had already bought the game the normal person way by the time it was resolved, they gave my ethereum back and it was simple.
Svar fra Keys4Coins: Hi Declan,
Thanks for your feedback. To clarify, your order on July 10 had a gift link formatting issue, which we identified and explained the same day. At your request, we issued a full refund on July 11, including Ethereum gas fees. While refunds aren’t our usual policy, we made a special exception to go above and beyond.
We acted promptly to resolve the matter and hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Got what i wanted in only a few minutes Great website
Les på TrustpilotAccepts Monero!
Great service, and they accept Monero/XMR. Beware not to enter a nonexistent email, as the keys are emailed to you. They are not shown during checkout. Luckily support was quick to send me the key. Very friendly too!

bought a 50€ steam gift card, couldnt redeem it, because it was already redeemed. I was supposed to ask the steam support about when it was redeemed, they didnt tell me. I sent a screenshot of that to them and they told me that they sent my screenshot to the supplier and then they ghosted me. Edit: after 5 months they emailed me saying that they did an internal audit of their support systems and that they'd missed the mark on my ticket. They sent me a new gift card key :)

Great service. Had not fiat so i had to use coins. Everything worked properly got my key in a minute.
Les på TrustpilotSupport is excellent and really fast
I have bought 3 products from Keys4Coins. All of the payments were made in cryptocurrency. 2 of 3 purchases were fast, got my product in 3 minutes. I had problem with the third payment. Because of my cryptocurrency wallet, I did not pay 3 cents (Keys4Coins have nothing to do with this problem). Minimum withdrawal amount from my crypto wallet was 3 euro (in cryptocurrency). I paid those 3 euro in crypto and in the result I paid too much. Got my product and after that I asked support for a Keys4Coins gift card equivalent to the overpayment amount. Got response in 3 hours. I did not notice the response from support for 5 days and the issue got closed. I reopened the issue and got my 3 euro gift card in 10 hours. I suggest Keys4Coins to everyone who is searching where to spend their crypto.
Les på TrustpilotFirst purchase from Keys4Coins with LTC
I just got my first purchase from them and it was great! After around a minute, the system detected the transaction and sent me an email to let me know that I'll have to wait for the transaction to get processed. After around 4-5 minutes, I got the code. Instant and smooth!

Little bit more expensive but still ok. Amazing is that you can pay in crypto.

Took me around 5 minutes to get my gift card with crypto currency, but it was worth it. Just order and wait for email confirmation with Code attached. Pretty convenient!

Legit, really good customer service. Bought Space Engineers, but I accidentally sent 0.002 LTC less (around 0.30 USD). The transaction failed. After contacting customer service, they replied in 2 hours, and marked my order as completed, and I received the keys 5 minutes later.
