Never visiting again. We’ve eaten at Mamagoto in a few different cities over the years and have always had a good experience, so this visit was genuinely disappointing. The food quality was very bad and there were bugs everywhere. I wouldn’t be coming back to this outlet.

I have loved always Mamagoto since it began, but last night I visited after a long time and I was shocked at how awful it has become. First, someone showed us to our table and then walked away. No one bothered to come to our table and take our order or even give us water. We just sat there as waiters roamed around serving other tables . It was mind boggling. Then we finally called someone over and asked for the menu and water. We were told we had to scan the QR code on the table which had "Pay Your Bill" written above the QR code in big letters, to read the menu and place our order. Wow that is so clear and intuitive! When when we scanned the menu, there were barely any options. there was just one salad - chicken & water chestnut. Poor vegetarians cannot eat salad. In the soup section there were just 2 options, Veg Tom Yum and Veg Sweetcorn. Nothing for non-vegetarians. I am gluten-intolerant, so when we read the menu, we found pretty much every single item said "Contains Gluten" - even Rice!! So we called a waiter and asked him how every single Rice dish also contains Gluten? He said the soy sauce contains Gluten. Soy sauce is brewed in wheat so it contains micro trace amounts, which only people with Celiac are sensitive to, but others who have non-Celiac gluten intolerance, are not, so if the only source of gluten in a dish is the trace amount in Soy sauce, it can be listed as "Contains gluten from soy sauce only". Untasty food and very loud open space, but drinks are ok. Won't recommend to visit

Terrible food and a horrible experience We ordered the sweet chili potatoes — they were extremely salty and soggy, not crispy at all. The dim sum was sticky and unpalatable, and the accompanying sauce tasted old with absolutely no flavor. The noodles were overly sweet and bland, lacking any real taste. Basil fried rice was undercooked and flavorless. Overall, the food quality was extremely poor. To make things worse, we saw cockroaches inside the restaurant — completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing experience.

The server named Rajesh was very rude , not ready to help in any which way . I am a very regular customer ordering from mamagoto minimum twice in a week . And every time the whole staff is very co operative and adjusting and agreeing to my requests but Mr Rajesh was very rude and very Rigid in his behaviour which a person in this industry should never be . Today was my most unpleasant. Highly dissatisfied .

“Highly Disappointed” Upon ordering what was supposed to be vegetarian dim sum, I was shocked and appalled to discover that the dim sum served to me contained non-vegetarian ingredients. This not only violated my dietary preferences but also deeply offended my beliefs and faith. As someone who trusts the integrity of a restaurant to honor their menu descriptions and cater to diverse dietary needs, this experience was incredibly frustrating. There was a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this oversight just created disgust and distrust. Highly disappointed that this could happen at one of top rated restaurants and being at such elite market places.

Have been going here for years. Always loved the food but recently I don’t know what went wrong. They served us terrible food. Red chilli garlic chicken was cooked Into American fried chicken! Gave us severe diarrhoea. The soup & noodles was also very bad. Tamang the manager is a good person did his best to apologise even offered to waive off the bill. Service is excellent but food has gone to trash.

If possible would give negative stars. Place had a stale smell, plate was cracked. Changed it to a chipped one! The corn fritters were tastless fried pakodas. Chicken was dry with no sauce to accompany and again fried pakodas. An aweful experience..

If the food is this much expensive so it must be delicious right? No it's not it's actually very bad, the food is terrible All 3 of us ordered 3 different dishes and we ended up just leaving it there Oh to mention the location is different from what you see in the map

So I have orderd street style dumplings for my guest as we hosted diwali party . These people have literally deliverd in cooked dumplings and completely raw . Such sahit . I use ne a regular customer but now they are like it’s night and let’s send un cooked food doesn’t matter

Having been to Mamgoto few times I must say it was a huge disappointment this time. We ordered 7 dishes and not a single dish was up to the mark. Every dish was either too salty or dry. Only saving grace was the Corona beer ( the credit goes somewhere else and not to Mamagoto). To use the word pathetic food for 10k rupees bill was not far from the truth. Never going back and will stick to Big Chill and Yum Yum while in Khan Market the next time.

Awful food, awful service. Totally scam. When ordered by zomato it shows buy one get one than delivered only one item and says it’s sale. Than you should just show on zomata 50% off. Not buy one get one. Highly not recommend.
