A very negative experience. I purchased my order on 28 August 25 and I’m still waiting for the rest of my order and it’s been 30 days. I only received 1 message from the seller on 5 September 25 and has now completely ignored any communications even after letting them know that I will leave a negative review. I have now approached my Credit Card Company to reverse the transaction as the outstanding order amount is over £40. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this seller.

An item was missing, they email stating they'd issued a refund. Still no refund a month later ! They've just stopped responding to their support email, so not even an explanation. Maybe they're facing financial difficulties - I'd AVOID for now as they don't need to refund anything if they just close their company.

Avoid these SCAMMERS at all costs! Not received my goods, claim they are in receivership due TO ROYAL MAIL losing a bag of goods but still are trading under a different name. You only have to look on here or other review sites on the excuses they have made in the past. Have a look at their previous reviews on here. I wish I had before I placed an order. Clearly using going bust as an excuse to either scam the customers or scam the system. Anthony thinks he has answers for everything, advised me to claim my money back off my credit card company simply to pass the debt onto someone else and claimed it wasn’t their fault or problem !!!! Well you’ve got a problem now I can assure you. The. Company is Totally unprofessional, unhelpful, lack of respect for anyone or anything, zero empathy, zero morals. Disgusting low life. You deserve this 100% accurate review

same shocking experience as everyone else, paid money, for nothing to show up and the same it's " royal mails fault" excuse used then completely stopped replying to emails. they been blaming royal mail for years if you go by the feedback and no one thought about using a different courier? even during royal mails Xmas time 48 hour service doesn't take over 11 days. they have not sent it, took my money and now not replying. please save yourself the hassle and time avoid this shambolic business.

It's been 17 days since I ordered and still not received my entire order. When asking for a refund for the missing items they choose to just ignore me, which seems to be a recurring issue when looking at trustpilot. I have to wait 30 days for my bank to step in, which will be happening as these guys are simply just thieves.

Buyer beware. They have deleted there phone number and emails now say there email address is null and void. They Stolen my money £60 odd all together so I'm off to bank to report and get my money back. Supposedly under new management but I'm still without orders!!! Useless company and avoid like the plague.... Use someone trustworthy like ecigone or flawless...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely shocking company, I placed an order last week, paid for express delivery, this was Tuesday, still Absolutely nothing from the company, phoned up on Thursday and demanding a refund which I was told would be done right away and I would receive an email confirming cancellation. I'm still waiting on it, have tried to call 7 times today, to which they have seem to have blocked my number. Now sent another email demanding refund gets done ASAP!! Utter disaster of a company!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have order 6 items, but I only recived 2 items ( only 2 bottles of nicotine), I can't find my pod kit ans 2 spare pod in the shipment. Also for Nicotine, I have ordered 2 bottles of 250ml, but you have shipped out 1 bottle of 500ml. A bottle of 500ml definitely is cheaper, if I want to have 1 bottle of 500ml , I wouldn't order 2 bottles of 250ml in beginning. Tried to contact them, but didn't receive any reply

I can't seem to leave a no star review.. I ordered 3 packs of coils, one pack turned up 2 weeks late & no sign of the others & the pack that did turn up can't be genuine, I'm on my third one in less than a week & they are supposedly vaporesso. So so disappointed, I've sent emails & used the support chat,no response on either 😤 …

Pls pls don't order anything from these cowboys. They ignore your emails. Placed order on 8th June 2024 for a birthday present it says 2/4 days for delivery it's 29 June 2024 still no order received. Try to phone them no answer. Had to order and pay again to get items from somewhere else. Honestly never had customer service so bad!!!

Ordered 5 months ago and was told il get a refund as the items went missing. And I still haven’t received my refund and no one will reply to my emails.

Total scam, dont trust them or the good reviews, for each 1 star review they get they’ll make 10 fake 5 star reviews, ordered some items on the 1st of october and paid for express shipping, but support went unresponsive, DO NOT ORDER

Don't buy from this company,it's taken nearly 3 weeks to get my order,after not receiving my order after just a week I sent constant messages to keep being told it's on the way,it's with royal mail.So I went on to trust pilot rated them a one and left a comment to which I received a message back after 2 weeks of placing my order,the guy said my order will be with me in 24 to 48. Hrs,to which finally I received my order,only it's wasn't what I ordered in the first place,and now I'm trying to contact them with no replies or answering there phone,so unless I hear from a member of there management today I will be taking this matter further.

I made an order through ebay and it didn't arrived and seller wouldn't reply so went through ebay and I got the wrong order and then didn't respond to messages again so again had to get ebay involved again and was promised a replacement order and I am still waiting and they wont answer again it's been about 6 weeks of waiting and ebay won't help anymore

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the gotek replacement pods 6 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of not receiving my product or hearing anything back I contacted the customer service via online chat. I was told that my order got damaged in transit and sent back to depot. I was then told I would get a refund in which I did but as a gesture of good will they would send out my delivery also. A week went by in which I did not receive my order once again. I made contact once again in which I was told that they had none in stock but when they recieve the delivery which they had said was imminent they would send it out. It is 4 weeks down the line and still nothing. This company is a disgrace and should not be able to trade as they are cowboys that tell you lie after lie. I would recommend that people stay away from this shocking company!!!!

I placed an order with theses cowboys around 7 weeks ago, they happily took my cash but I never received my goods. Subsequently they also lied to me a further 2 time's saying they had re sent them absolute b/s .. had to go through the resolution centre on eBay to get a refund!!!!!! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS TRUST ME....

Seems strange how everyone on here has the same Royal Mail problem but with other sellers there is never a Royal Mail problem. Stop blaming other companies and start blaming yourself. Poor company with no communication. Very strange behaviour with the competition from other vape shops being so large. Would be nice to hear something back and will delete my review if the issue gets resolved

I have been using mistervape for years, always exceptional service. Good quality products, vape/equipment, very good customer service, and any time I have had a question/query. I would normally get a reply the same day. Once an item was lost in the post a quick email and a replacement arrived within 3days. I would recommend this company 100%

Very poor service from these cowboys! I waited nearly a month for an ecig kit only for it to break after two months! After being messed around and asked the same questions numerous times (dragging it out to exceed their return policy) I was then told it's not their problem and was up to me to take it up with the manufacturer! I strongly advise not to buy anything from this company.

I ordered replacement tanks for my ipx 80 on the 24th November it's now the 8th of December that's over two weeks ago and still I haven't received them I ordered something else off eBay a week after I ordered these tanks I have received the second thing I ordered but not got them it's a disgrace

Ordered a nautilus nano tank from these on ebay on the 5th of December and still not had item have contacted seller and had no reply have to get ebay to step in. Companies like this give other vape companies a bad rep. Stop trying to make a quick pound in a market u clearly know nothing about I will be letting the vape community aware of this company and advice people to stay clear

My wife Lynda Herbert has been ripped off by this company she purchased a replacement glass from ebay on the 23rd of December 2022 for my vape pen and nothing has turned up she's contacted the seller for months and even ebay have got involved and there just being ignored were very lucky It's only a fiver that were out of pocket. STAY CLEAR USE A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST.

Ordered a £70 vape kit online a week before Christmas, still hasnt arrived, no tracking number, no one answers emails, phone calls or messages on Ebay, disgrace and will NEVER USE AGAIN
