Suveren service!

Fantastisk

ModGuru is where I go for all my custom…

ModGuru is where I go for all my custom cabling. Extremely knowledgeable and doesn't mind sharing that knowledge. He also really cares about his customers. I had a change to one of my orders and saw on his site that chat was available so I chatted him up. He was online immediately and we reviewed my change. I didn't realize until the end of the long chat he is located in Norway where it was 3:30a his time. How many companies would do that and take all the time you needed to be satisfied everything was exactly the way you wanted it to be. Now you know why this is the only place I buy custom cables for my mod builds. Stev

Top notch cable quality and service!

Top notch cable quality and service!

Excellent!

Excellent! I've bought custom made cable extension from here, two times. The site manager(s) are realy helpfull if you have any questions. The quality of the products are amazing! Far better than say Corsair's custom cables, or Phanteks sleeved extensions. Let's just say: I bought a kit, and there is a reason i came back to buy more

Good customer service

I had some problems with some RGB lighting in my case from Modguru, I contacted support, and after some minutes he/they called me on Skype and we was able to solve the problem right a way. I also had to send one of the cabel back to them to bend it the other way, but that wasn't any problem that either.

I don't just buy cables I buy A1 services

Order my cable after seen a couples of build with modguru and was hoping for good quality cables but honestly I got lot more than just cables. The look is way better than calbes like bitphoenix or TT. The seller contact me to suggest other combs to fit better with my custom colors and I sure not regret that. So what kind of seller send you email to give you tips ... Modguru of course. Plus they send me HD pics of my order before shipping. Can't be more satistfied. All my next build will be MODGUR cabled. Excellent service, excellente qualité, Modguru font les meilleurs cables custom au monde. ils en valent le prix, impossible d'etre decu !! merci Modguru

Extremely Helpfull

I wanted to start to learn how to sleeve my own cables for my build, was going through facebook in order to find people who sold pre-sleeved cables as i had sorta given up making them myself. Found him on his facebook page and messaged asking about how he goes about making his. He walked me through absolutely everything and showed me where to buy all my supplies. Ran into a problem when i started sleeving and he researched the problem and helped me fix it. Cant recomend his service enough, amazing guy.

HIGH QUALITY PSU CABLES and extensions.

Personal service of very kind, accurate and smart staff

I intended to just quickly browse through; I was addressed personally by the owner however and the shared hobby connection and his kind, friendly nature make me go to buying them near instantly as I could clearly see they were extraordinary in patience and workmanship and customisation options for everyone. I have no issue with the fact I spent nearly $400 on cables made with the passion behind these and their beauty in custom designed design per sleeve. Someone dedicated to a unique cause, clearly honest and reputable in just the way business was conducted and with even a great website and chat function; no issues anywhere and it was so easy despite complexity. Freely shipped across the world to me and was informed on when it's start work would occur. Made me happy talking to a real, true enthusiast. . Couldn't recommend higher services given by staff for a long time. I hope other enthusiast in the area give plenty of business.

Amazing service

Can't say anything for the products yet, since they haven't arrived but for the customer service I can vouch for. It is top notch and thus I trust the products will be equally as pleasing. If not I'm sure it'll be handled. Further review after product arrival. For now excellent job!

Best customer service in a long time

This site doesnt just deliver great product, but it has a great customer service! Lots of things I can mention, but it is just too much greatness to write about!

Awesome product, awesome customer service.

I came across Modguru over at the LTT forums and I am so glad I did. Got some cable extensions for my black and white pc build and they are awesome. You can tell they are real quality by just looking at them. Another thing that really stood apart was the customer service received. Martin is a great guy and was really helpful on the online chat with the questions I had. The items were delivered quickly and were well packaged. No sure what more you would want. Great service would recommend 100%.

Brilliant service; would definitely purchase from again

Once I arrived on the website, the service was impeccable. Straight away I was pointed in the direction of the products that I wanted and every question I had was answered easily in a way I understood. After I had chosen everything I wanted, ModGuru helped me through multiple issues i had with the payment and everything was sorted out. When my package arrived a few days later, I found that a key part was for some reason missing (at no fault of ModGuru). I contacted them through the website and, again, everything was quickly and easily sorted out. In no time at all, I recieved another parcel with the missing part (and spares!) and finally I could light up my LED strips and behold the glory that was in front of me. I would highly reccomend ModGuru to anyone as the service is flawless and the prices are competitive. 10/10

Awesome experience, awesome website

I bought a sleeving sample pack, and must say that the service both on the website and via email was awesome. The sleeving has nice colors and feels really good

Really good

The cable extentions i bought from modguru was nicely sleeved. I really liked the service. If i was wondering about something, like which cable colors that i should choose, i got an quick and good answer. The shipping wasn't too expensive either, but there was no way to track it. At the end i am really happy with my order from Modguru
