Kvalitet på klær og trykk, jeg brukte dem på en 7 ukers backpacking, og de er fortsatt så og si like fine. Hadde et lite uhell på jakken, fikk en flekk som ikke går av, men det var meg ikke dere. Bestilte en bukse når jeg kom tilbake, men bestilte nok en størrelse for stor, så har litt å vokse i 😂. Blir nok å bestille mere, og har anbefalt dere til andre også når jeg har streamet på Twitch og YouTube. Alt i alt bare positivt, tusen takk, og levering har vært topp også.

I decided to design my own cycling kit to go with a mint 1982 Vani Losa bike I recently picked up. I did a fair amount of research and came across Owayo as one of the options. Owayo's design tools on their website were the best I found and allowed me to get 90% there in just a few online design sessions. I emailed Owayo with a couple of questions and SuChi responded and got me over that last 10%. The kit wasn't cheap (not Aliexpress cheap that is), but it wasn't outrageous considering it's made in Germany, what kit can cost generally, and the custom design. Ordering was easy, follow through and communication were top notch (on a par with Silca if you have ever had the pleasure of working with them), and I was kept informed and updated every step of the way. Production was speedy to say the least and shipping from Germany was the same speed as if it had been sent from California (I'm in Ohio, USA). The kit fits perfectly. Owayo's size chart is accurate. I'm male, typical cyclist athletic build at 5'11" tall and 145lbs (180.3cm/65.7kg). Owayo size 6 C3 jersey and size 5 CP6 bib shorts (race pad) fit perfectly (I like a tight fit). I can't say enough positive things about the ordering process, manufacturing, and shipping. The actual kit itself is great--similar to or better than Alé or Giro kit for comparison. Sønnen min ønsket seg en ny basketball-trøye, og fant Owayo sin nettside. Han designet trøyen selv, og jeg hjalp han med selve bestillingen. Vi slet med å finne ut av om trøyen vi bestilte var herre- eller damemodell, og hvilken størrelse som passer best for han. Da bestillingen var gjennomført, sto det at vi måtte bekrefte at den var i orden så snart vi ble kontaktet av Owayo. (Det kom også på mange tilleggskostnader, så endelig beløp for én trøye kom på ca. 1200 kroner). Neste dag fikk jeg mail om at bestillingen vår var gjennomgått og i orden. I og med at vi tidligere hadde fått beskjed om å bekrefte dette, sendte jeg mail tilbake der jeg samtidig spurte om modell og hvilken størrelse de trodde kunne passe til min sønn ut ifra målene jeg oppga. Dagen etter fikk jeg svar om at ordren allerede var videresendt til produksjon, og at de derfor ikke synes de kunne svare meg på spørsmålene mine. I bestillingen sto det at trøyen ikke skulle produseres og sendes før i slutten av måneden, så jeg forstår ikke helt hvorfor de ikke kunne hjelpe meg med dette.

Amazing products. I've ordered 4 different shirts for different events. They are the most comfortable running shirts that I have. I originally ordered a bunch for my team for the Keys50 Ultra, and I wore my afterwards for other endurance events...it's also my most comfortable shirt to sleep in. The fit, design, fabric, colors, and customer service are the best.

This is the second time I have used Owayo to design a shirt for a specific event and on both occasions I have found the design process really easy to use and the delivered items to be exactly as I specified through the app. The shirts are a good quality and wash and last really well. Wow, Owayo was so easy to work with. Their customer support was fantastic. The online software to produce the shirt was easy to work with and actually fun (& I am not computer savvy by any stretch)! I had some tech/moisture wicking shirts made for my upcoming marathon with a picture of my cat on them. The entire ordering process was so easy AND they actually sent sample sizes out to me free of charge (you obviously have to return them, which they made easy as well) to try on before finalizing my order,,,,now that is customer service!!!! It is rare to have one's expectations not only completely met, but vastly exceeded these days when it comes to customer service, but that was exactly my experience buying sweaters for my hockey team with OWAYO. The custom design process gives you so many options that you keep waiting for a paywall to pop-up. But it doesn't. They just let you make the exact hockey sweater you were dreaming of. Then, after they check to make sure that your fever-dream of a concept will actually work (they offer a free design check), the process of ordering a full rosters worth of sweaters is straight-forward and simple. Our gear was so affordably priced that we also ordered custom socks to match the new sweaters. After the order, I was able to communicate with an OWAYO rep (Edwin) who was incredibly responsive and kept me in the loop with every step. OWAYO shipped our team's gear the day they promised and it was delivered from Germany to Upstate New York (Finger Lakes for those fluent in Upstate geography) a full day early!
