2 months in and I cannot get anything to work, multiple tickets. Firmware that wasn't available when it was sold to me, slow responses. Instructions that leave out key steps, support that takes forever. I am still waiting on Firmware replacement from 2 weeks ago. I would not recommend Radiant to anyone for any reason.

Look at the one star reviews on here before you purchase and not the fake 5 star reviews. Purchased $150 firmware 8 days ago. Spent over 20 hours of personal time trying to figure it out. Didn’t work. Support couldn’t solve my issue, and seemed very uneducated on dma firmware in general and how it works. I asked for a refund several times as the product they sold me was non-functioning. and was completely ignored and ghosted. I wouldn’t recommend this reseller unless you like receiving broken products and having your money stolen. There are tons of other on the market with more integrity, who actually value their customers.

Sometimes DMA can be a bit tricky and support can be required along with troubleshooting.
As for the refund, as you know you received a refund as we couldnt resolve the issues & the support time took longer than we like, hence we refunded it when you requested a refund.

Don't forget to check newest review before you check the good review. Hope this massage not covered by them. Support didn't help at all I bought a product and can't even use it till it expired. I contacted them, with ToS they need fast respon, but they the one who do slow respon. Don't even hope for refund! it's an imposible thing they'll do. They keep asking same thing that i already told them (mean they don't know what to do too) but keep holding the chat so they able not doing the refund. waste of time, waste of money.

Very bad support. I bought a product and the key didn't work. I contacted them, but no one responds at all. Don't waste your money.

However its limited people who can manage the license keys, and if you had trouble with the license key wait time may unfortunately be slightly longer due to timezone differences etc.
