Good gym, good people and good atmosphere, my place of zen

Best gym in town. The women’s room is top tier and has booty Builder machines. Only suggestion would be to please put kettle bells in women’s room and a free weight squat rack rather than smith machine.

Amazing gym with great hours. Their rates are ABSOLUTELY worth it and the staff is doing an amazing job at making you feel right at home. Shout out tammy and tara 💪🏼

👌🤙💪 …

I love the gym, everything about Viking is perfect. I would also like to give a shoutout to Mariah! She is a very Happy friendly face who I love to see daily, she is amazing! 5 stars to her as well as the gym.

I have been working with Mariah for almost a year. I am a middle age woman with no gym experience and was very nervous about starting. We started in the women's only section and built my confidence and now I am out in the main gym. Mariah took me from where I was at. I never felt judged or out of my depth. She has steadily increased my weight and I know I am much stronger. She has pushed me but never to the point I wanted to quit. The accountability that has come working with her has been the best part. I don't want to disappoint her and try to never miss a workout. I highly recommend Mariah as a trainer and Viking Gym!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this gym! From the moment I walked in, Jenna made me feel welcome and supported. The facility is always clean, well‑organized, and stocked with top‑quality equipment for every type of workout—strength training, cardio, functional fitness, you name it.

The team at Viking Strength has built something really special in Lloyd. The facility is spotless, well-equipped, and has a great culture that breaks the typical gym stigmas. Jenna is a standout she is super knowledgeable, friendly, and a huge part of why this gym is so great.

I’ve been coming to Viking Strength for two years now and honestly can’t imagine training anywhere else in town. This place just gets it right. First off, the gym is consistently clean and really well maintained; the equipment is in great shape and you can tell the owners care and actually stay on top of things. The staff are super friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. If you’re looking for personalized coaching, ask for Mariah. She’s an awesome trainer and will absolutely help you reach your goals. Oh, and the tanning is a nice bonus, super convenient having it right there. Now let me address the whole “intimidating gym” thing, because that reputation could not be more off base. Viking Strength has people from every walk of life training there…beginners, seasoned lifters, everyone in between. Nobody’s judging you, nobody’s in your way, and everyone just does their thing. Everyone belongs full stop. If you’ve been on the fence about joining, just go, and don’t take my word for it… ask any members. You won’t regret it.

This gym is super clean and always so much room to get your workout in. I was nervous getting back into the gym but I worked with Mariah and she helped me get my confidence back!! would highly recommend her if you’re looking to get back into the gym and set some goals!

I’ve been working out at Viking for 2 years now and it’s hands down the best gym with the best trainers! Mariah has given me tips and helping me with my injury. I reach out to her and she’s always there to help out and give me some advice.

I’ve been going to the gym for a long time. Started training with Mariah over a year ago, she is fabulous. So knowledgeable and encouraging. Love her, and this gym.

The trainers in this place are great especially Mariah! She’s very knowledgeable and really cares about her client’s progress. All her workouts are tailored to my goals and she takes into account my lifestyle so I can reach my health goals even outside of the gym. Highly recommend!!

Looooove this gym!!! This place as become my second home and the coaches there are amazing people!! Shout out to Amy and Mariah for being awesome at what you do. ❤️❤️💪💪 …

This gym has become my safe space. I especially appreciate the staff who have helped me so much as I stumble through medical issues, one at a time. I want to give a huge shout out to Mariah! She is always with clients and always willing to help no matter what. I reached out to her over the holidays after a diagnosis and she immediately said yes, let's work on this together. She has been so calm and cool about everything that it makes me feel like I am actually seen and heard. I appreciate the almost therapeutic sessions with her and the little moments she takes to actually get to know her clients. Ten out of ten recommend working with her, whether you are starting your workout journey or just needing a little guidance from time to time!

A great gym with a friendly environment ! They have tons of great equipment to use and always play banger music. The Staff is always quite friendly . especially Mariah 😁 …

I have been training with Mariah since Sept 2025 and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I'm a woman in my 40s and was sick and tired of feeling weak and ancient everyday. I'm just an average woman that wants to keep my body strong as I age. Weight training with Mariah has significantly improved my energy and motivation to stay on track with my health. I look forward to our sessions and we laugh and chat along the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and she gradually incorporates new exercises as one progresses. Ladies over 40, I encourage you to start training, with Mariah of course:) You won't regret it.🥰

Best gym in town by far! Great equipment, trainers, classes and great people! Jenna has always been welcoming and friendly.

So freaking pumped for my new Viking Strength hoodie 🤘 I just picked up a full year membership with incredible savings, and honestly, this gym has become one of my favourite environments. The staff are welcoming, the vibe is warm, and everyone who walks in is working toward something uniquely their own. We’ve all got our stories, and this is where we get stronger through them. Looking for a supportive, goal-driven community… highly recommend Viking Strength

A simply AWESOME company!

I have been a loyal, happy, and satisfied customer of Vikingstrength for over three yesrs now. And, my loyalty, happiness, and satisfaction don't come easily nor cheaply. All are hard-earned. Vikingstrength is a company that has, indeed, worked hard and diligently, in order to keep me (along with the rest of their customer-base) content and always coming back for more. They offer a wide range of workout gear/products at very reasonable and competitive prices. And, if there's ever a problem, or if something isn't right with your order, their customer-support team are always cordial and super prompt to resolve whatever the given issue is. Their recently released training-app has also been a very nice compliment and addition to their existing repertoire. I feel fortunate to have discovered them, and feel confident that others will, too. I wholeheartedly recommend them! So, give them and their products a try! You will NOT be disappointed...

This app is fantastic!!

This app is fantastic!!! It has a huge library of exercises to build your own workouts! If you are clueless as to where to start it also has pre-built workouts that you could use too!!! It's also super easy to switch from kilos to pounds and back! The support for this has been fantastic!!! This app is a definite must for anyone who is serious about working out and tracking their progress!!!

Amazing company

I've been using Viking strength products for the better part of 2 years. I have just about everything they have literally they really are a great brand, great quality products, affordable products, great customer service. Even the fitness app they have coordinates with there products and really gives a nice breakdown of how to use the products and incorporate those exercises into your workout. Awaken your inner VIKING and conquer your way to victory with Vikingstrength

Favourite place to lift when I'm in town. Lots of barbells, great facility, greaf staff. If only I could come in the morning to grab a cup of the delicious smelling coffee they brew out front.
