Save your time and money
Initially good service, but discovered had a subscription which renewed with no notification beforehand. Just a charge afterwards. When I tried to log in, I had repeated problems with logging in and resetting the password. Sent email asking for help and got no response after 3 days. When I finally got into my account, it was maze of repeated questions asking if I was really sure I wanted to cancel my subscription. Total waste of my time and not worth any price to deal with. Go elsewhere. Typical of the recent developments in subscription programs aimed at optimizing their profits with little care for customers’ experience.
