Good addition to phone (with limitations)
Sturdy enough and light, offers reasonable grip and physical buttons. Fast shipping and great customer service in my experience. There is a learning curve though, the device is fairly small and, while the controls are reminiscent of a proper camera, they are somehow cramped and I don’t see anybody use them with gloves (I keep activate the zoom toggle by mistake, for example). To be fair, that is common to any small camera, not a problem of Fjorden. If one takes that into consideration, the grip is a marvel of ergonomics and very well paired with the Fjorden App. Buttons are fairly easy to reach and the haptics genuinelly usefull. Shutter button has two stages (first one locks focus and exposure), the customizable function button allows you to toggle between modes with long press, and the control dial can be pressed to switch the parameters you want to control. While the plastic construction doesn’t bother me (it does feel very light, like one should expect from a phone grip), the « thumb rest” feel like a flimsy aftertought and I took it off right away, as it would take space in my pocket to no advantage. Also, the dedicated case is a fingertip magnet, I do think for the price we sould have a better finish. Speaking of price, it is a little steep, even after 10% off, even with one year access to Leica Lux Pro (too pricey itself, it should be included wthout limit), and is the reason I took a star off. Nichts bestellen! Minderwertige Ware. Rücksendung nach China kostet 50 Euro und die Rücksendeadresse ist fehlerhaft oder die Päckchen werden dort nicht angenommen. Päckchen ging nach Monaten zurück an mich nach Deutschland, obwohl korrekt bei der Deutschen Post aufgegeben und bezahlt. Habe 170 Euro für einen lächerlich minderwertigen Anzug bezahlt und nochmal 100 Euro für Porto nach China. Ich habe nicht einen Cent zurückerhalten. Das ist Betrug. Werde Anzeige erstatten.

Still waiting for my complete order after six weeks! I ordered the Fjorden Grip Ultimate Bundle on August 15 and realized after delivery that I had ordered the wrong iPhone size. I contacted Fjorden on August 30 and returned the complete order on September 8 using the return labels they provided. It is now September 30, and I still do not have the complete replacement. I have received the MagSafe piece, adapter, and anti-glare piece, but I am still missing the grip, strap, and case. I have contacted customer service multiple times, dealt with confusing tracking information, and waited weeks for replacement items. The grip is the main component of the system, so without it, I cannot use the product. I have been patient, but this has taken far too long and the replacement process has been frustrating and poorly communicated. I simply want the complete product I ordered.

The actual Fjorden grip is great although it does require some perseverance to make the controls feel second nature. My issue comes from when I upgraded my phone, the only place I could get a case from was Fjorden direct where the case costs £35-£40 and the delivery charge is £18!!!! I raised this with them and they claim it is because they offer “express delivery in 3-4 days” I’ve sold mine (at a great loss) and purchased the Leica equivalent.

I have a replacement that works perfectly, as did the first one. The Grip is giving me photos that are a quantum leap better than with just my iPhone 15 Pro. I am so impressed with this company.

Das sind durch und durch Verbrecher und Betrüger. Eigentlich darf man denen nicht mal einen Stern geben, beim Geld einziehen sind sie sehr flott. Ich hatte mir Kleider bestellt. Dann musste ich h 25 Euro für die Rücksendung bezahlen. Und wenn das Paket dort keiner abholt oder entgegen nimmt, bekommt man natürlich auch nicht sein Geld zurück. Bitte nichts mehr da bestellen. Although there were some technical issues with set up, the Fjorden team responded promptly and I was able to be up and running smoothly. One thing that I am puzzled about is the integration of 3rd party apps such as Obscura and ProCam. They seem only to respond to the shutter button but none of the other functions. Before my purchase, I thought I understood that those specific apps would have functionality similar to the Fjorden app.

A hinge broke on the Fjorden grip for my iPhone. It still worked for photography but could no longer be used as a phone stand which was a real nuisance. I contacted the company to ask if the hinge part could be replaced. Even though the grip was out of warranty, they sent me a complete new replacement at no charge. That is customer service of an over-and-above quality!

Qualität unterirdisch. Danach dubiose Rücksendung nach China. Kosten mussten selbst getragen werden. Unterm Strich knapp 70 € verloren. Es grenzt an Betrug!

Ich bin mit Allem total unzufrieden und fühle mich getäuscht. Die Lieferung hat schon sehr lange gedauert, ca. 3-4 Wochen. Die bestellte Jacke hat eine unglaublich minderwertige Qualität. Der Reißverschluss verharrt sich schon beim ersten Benutzen. Auf meine Rückdendeanforderung erhalte ich eine zwar nett formulierte Antwort, allerdings auch den Auftrag, Fotos des Fehlers zu schicken. Ich habe zwar Fotos gemacht, einen direkten Schaden kann man dort nicht belegen. Ich habe erneut geschrieben, dass mir die Qualität nicht gefällt und ich die Rücksendung beantrage. Daraufhin habe ich eine email mit der Aufforderung bekommen, ein Video des Schadens zu senden. Ich empfinde dies als Hinhaltetaktik. Ich denke, man hat ein Recht auf eine Rücksendung. Dies wird extrem erschwert. Ich würde auf keinen Fall wieder bei diesem Laden bestellen und es auch niemandem empfehlen.

Man muss den teuren Rückversand selber tragen. 3. Es werden aufeinmal 10$ pro Artikel abgezogen. 4. Die Qualität und die Abbildungen der Artikel sind unterirdisch schlecht. 5.Wenn man es behält und nicht zurück schickt bekommt man nur 10% vom Kaufpreis erstattet.... Der Shop achtet angeblich sehr auf die Ökologischen Werte.(lächerlich) Alles in allem wird man von dem Verkäufer verarscht.

We had not long commenced a long holiday (3 months) when my brand new Fjorden Grip (gift from my husband) first showed some issues with the zoom. After making sure I was not doing something obviously wrong, I emailed the customer service team and asked for advice which included a request for detailed instructions if I needed to do something. The response took a little while, but did contain a step by step approach to potentially sorting the problem. It seemed to work for a while, but later, when we were on a trip and I wanted to take lots of photos, the zoom once more played up staying fixed at 20X. The team confirmed that this seemed like a hardware fault and agreed to replace the Grip once I returned home. It is now on its way! Response times are not the fastest but always thoughtful and helpful. A genuinely reliable company to deal with.

The best thing about this product is the shopping experience. The product itself is totally overpriced. When you see the videos on the website, you get an impression of a very high quality, with a steady build quality. But what you get is a wobly abd loose connection between the cover and grip, bad quality buttons and a feeling of a very cheap product. Yes it does work, but only just. But given this is a high end (and high priced)product, that uses the Leica brand to upscale the quality impression, I am very disappointed. The plastic quality is really cheap, and the iPhone cover looks horrible with fingermarks all over after just a few hours. My best recommendation is : Do not buy !!

Die Hemden entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Abbildungen im Katalog und waren aus total mindertwertigem Material. Von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung wurde ich mit 22 Werbeemails bombadiert, Bottom zur Abbestellung funktioniert nicht. Rücksendung nach China kostet 26.- € zuzüglich 10 € Bearbeitungegebühr pro Artikel. Die reinste Verarschung !
