When I called Customer Service, I was very impressed that my call was answered immediately by a real person. These days, it's frustrating that so many companies rely on automated systems and chatbots that often lack the understanding and common sense that only a human can provide. I had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos from Hairmax, and he was incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire conversation. I also want to thank you for the discount toward my Laserband. It is greatly appreciated.

Have been using the supplements for months now, I don't know if it grows hair back but it definitely helps keep it from falling out. My hair seems thicker and fuller. I am turning into such a fan I got the shampoo and conditioner. I even got my father and cousin on board. Turning into a family thing.

Just received. Packaged very well, even comb had it separate wrap so you know it was new and not a return sent back out.

Out Of Warranty Repairs My laser cap stopped working and I believe a simple loose wire to be the reason. It is outside of the two year warranty and I have been told that my only option is to send it tracked delivery to Florida and that the cost of repair is $200 plus an additional $65 for return postage. I have pointed out that nowhere on their website does it mention this nor is it evident in the manual. They have acknowledged this and accepted that this cost is a significant amount. They thank me for my valuable feed back and say they will review their website, neither of which is any help to me. Initially when I emailed for details of the repair process- I was given the US email address by the UK office- I was ignored. I then went back to the UK office who agreed to chase it for me. I then received several emails thanking me for registering my warranty and then received a further email from the international Sales Director saying it was a pleasure speaking with me although he wished it was under better circumstances but I hadn’t had a phone call with him or anyone in his office! I do not wish to pay an extortionate amount of money and send the cap at my expense 4500 miles to be repaired and had I known that was their policy I would not have bought the cap. If they are proud of their product and service they should be open and honest about out of warranty repairs to UK customers but sadly they are not.

Excellent customer service and wonderful products. I have the hat, and it really works. So easy to use. And the shampoo and conditioner are the best. I use them both daily and my hair has never been better. And Hairmax runs sales, that stack on your VIP benefits. Yes, definitely purchase the VIP, as it helps protect your devices as well as offers discounts for products. Thanks again Yaritza for your help the other day. Happy!!!

Fabulous customer service. I just started to use the Pro Max 12 Laser Comb and can't wait to see results. In the meantime, the customer service team has been top notch! They care about the quality of their products along with the quality of the care you receive. Highly recommended.

The HairMax LaserComb is definitely on the pricey side, but I can honestly say it works. Since I started using it, my hair has been growing so much and the front of my hair looks way fuller than before. It’s simple to use, doesn’t take much time, and it’s become part of my routine. I was nervous spending so much at first, but I feel like it really did its job and I’m happy with the results.

I have been on the look out for a product to help with my hair loss. After doing some research and discussing it with my Doctor, I have decided on the Hairmax comb and shampoo/conditioner. Besides my doctor recommendation of Hairmax, the reviews and success stories reassured me. But I also have to mention that their customer service and patience with all my questions was beyond any other company I have explored! I am looking forward to using this product!

I bought the Actonis™ 18 Dual Action LaserComb and started using it on April 11th. 2025. My head did feel a little odd and I wasn't sure what was going on. I also did it three more times up until April 19th 2025. So a total of four treatments at 8 minutes a piece. By the 19th. I had such pressure in my head and my tinnitus was acting up and I could not figure out why. My blood pressure was up probably due to such a odd feeling in my head. And then it dawned on me that the only change I had made was the brush I was using. I have since discontinued using the brush and my head is feeling much better. I have anxiety and do take medicine for it. And I have read that red light therapy can aggravate anxiety, and also that the medication I take is photosensitive. Even though I have never had any issues with the other red light therapy that I use for my face. Face. I believe that this brush is very strong and probably would work and I was hopeful. But as for me, I have to return it because I do not want to deal with those side effects. So I wanted to post in case anyone else is taking Lexapro or has anxiety. You may get an increase in anxiety and or head pressure, and tinnitus. I hope this helps. Others evaluate whether or not this device is appropriate for you. I will be sending it back for a full refund. NOTE: I did not do the test on my forearm before using the device. But once I called customer service I did it that same evening. There were no adverse reactions on my right forear…

I bought this product because my hairdresser has used it for a long time and he swears by it. He said he was starting to go bald at the crown and now he has the most beautiful thick head of hair and he is 70 years old. So, I just started to loose my hair in the last six months to where it was really noticeable and very concerning. I am 68 and I always had pretty nice hair. I just got the product just about a month ago. So at this time, my five stars are mainly because of the great customer service I received from Yuritsa. She always takes my calls and responds to all my questions and concerns. It turns out that they make this product right here in Boca Raton. I was able to go right there to pick it up because I was so anxious to start using it. It has only been a little over a month but I am seeing much less hair in my brush after shampooing. I am also seeing my shine coming back as it was very dull and frizzy prior to use. It is very easy to use and only takes about 11 minutes 3 times a week. I hope to report back in a few months with more positive things to say about the thickness of my hair but so far so good.

I purchased this device about three months ago and waited to do a review. The device is very easy to use, based on customer service advice I was recommended the HAIRMAX Laserband. It is quick to use, lightweight and I'm hoping for results but I've got to be patient, I'd recommend it at this time.

My daughter convinced me to work on my hair loss due to medications! Started using the laser comb 12; then upgraded to laser band 82 about 10 years ago! The band is still working. Bought my husband laser cap 272 two years ago. Everything I bought is working as it should from the hardware to the haircare products including the supplements - the whole line! I am a HairMax LaserComb user from over a decade ago. When I contacted HairMax last month because my lasercomb would not charge (I hadn't used it in years), they told me it was no longer supported but they could offer me a generous discount on a new product. The Hairmax laser cap helped when the doctor's could not. I experienced fast, complete hair loss in a large area on the back of head, plus thinning throughout (at age 67). I was diagnosed with alopecia and provided a topical prescription from the doctor...no change after two rounds of medications and continued rapid hair loss. I began looking for alternatives, and I found Hairmax. I followed the instructions with commitment. And, just as provided in the instructions, I first experienced a slowing of the hair loss (the first month), then small 'sprouts' of new hair around the bald area (the second month), then a filling of the bald area...and now I cannot find a 'bald' area at all (one year later). I am continuing to use the Hairmax because I am finding that the volume of my hair continues to increase. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!!! Just stick to it!!!

The device works great if you're consistent but had to return the supplements they caused a terrible breakout from the high dose biotin. Called customer service to return and it was surprised at how quick and easy it was.

Absolutely loving the Acceler8 Hair Booster + Nutrients Treatment! Tried other brands, but this is the only thing that's been helping to minimize shedding! Very lightly scented, if at all, which is a total plus. I always look forward to using it!

DOUBLE WHAMMY As an elderly woman living in a community for seniors, I have seen some expensive and/or time consuming remedies my neighbors adopt for thinning hair—wigs, backcombing, bangs beginning at the crown, and more. Some of them, like me, have to take a blood thinner (often thins more than blood, hence, double whammy). Regular use of Hairmax devices has left me with hair thick enough to style myself (favorite is pulled back with a clasp—takes two minutes).

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. I was referred by a friend who is a current HairMax laser user. While visiting her, I tried some HairMax products and loved them. When I called to inquire about the hairline, Jaritza  was very helpful and explained the subscription and one-time options without any pressure to make a purchase. I am very pleased with the customer service.

This company is fully aware that the helmet Hairmax product has issues. It just stops working. They did replace my product twice but when you pay $700 for a product you expect it to last but this does not. Why? Because of known issues with the battery. Or because they design it to stop working so you will buy again. The product is way overpriced to begin with. But I’ve had issues with alopecia so spent the money for this product to help. Now it stops working again and they won’t replace it. I could see if titcqas misused but it was not. It has known issues to just stop working. I intend to file complaints with BBB

I’ve been using my Hairmax Flip80 for 1.5 years and my hairdresser and dermatologist say they see improvement. When the connector wires somehow pulled apart and the unit stopped working, I was pleased to learn that even out of warranty as mine is, Hairmax would attempt to repair it and failing that, would offer me a discount on a new model. It was easy to get the information from customer service!

Ive been using my Hairmax for a year now with some amazing results. I was skeptical at first, but with some guidance from Hairmax customer service, Emmily, was very helpful and gave me some great pointers on how to increase my results. I would recommend Hairmax and their products to anyone experiencing hair loss!

I love the Density Haircare shampoo and conditioner. Leaves my hair soft, manageable and less frizzy/dry. A little more volume as well. The scent could be nicer, but I will continue to use for the results I get.

It’s only been a month since I started w Hairmax Band, so not noticing any difference yet. Using it for 90 seconds every other day is easy peasy. Usually put on while I’m brushing my teeth so no time or inconvenience! I have tried the shampoo and conditioner and really like. Hair felt immediately softer. If Hairmax can come up with a scent free or more subtle scented version, that would be great. Customer service excellent both times I have called with questions. Fingers crossed this helps.

Weird, really. I took a photo the first week (early January, 2021) I received the laser comb and just took another today (February 20). So, what is that, seven weeks? And, the hair on the top of my head already looks somewhat fuller, thicker. Not much, mind you, but more than I expected. Maybe I'm delusional, and time will tell, but, it's beginning to look very promising. I'll report back in a month. By the way, the comb is a really handsome, well-designed and well-crafted little device. I have nothing bad to say about HairMax... and I'm neither a spokesman for the company nor a shill. Just a guy whose thinning hair all of a sudden became really thin and who decided to try something to change that trajectory. And, I didn't want to go the surgery-transplant route. Hoping this does the trick.

Second week using it. I’ve noticed my hair falls out slightly less when I brush it. That’s greats news right? Keep in mind I’m also continuing to take my oral hair pills. I’ve also realized that there are now red bumps around my hairline/crown that actually hurt when I touch it. I’ve also developed white pimples. If this continues, I will have to return the device and tell the 7 other people who bought the device on my recommendation to also return it.

You are wasting your money....I purchased the $500 comb and hair products. Don't do it. You need too get GOOD vitamins, use liquid horsetail and very good serum in your scalp and it will grow back. Do your research, take herbs.. This is a waste of money. Evolis shampoo is what I use.

I got the hair max product and useing it as required, and its been a month and half and I've already been seeing results tremendously, Thank You HairMax !
