Avgangstavlen viser 11:00 og 12:15 ... vi ville dra klokken 12:15 ... men det var ingen båt, ingen ansatte, ingen informasjon ... Da vi spurte på turistinformasjonen ... "dette skjer ofte med denne operatøren" ... uakseptabelt!

we booked the Lysefjord Cruise here, assuming that the tour can be canceled 24 hours before the beginning. Later we found out that various excursions cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, the booking page can easily be misunderstood and leads to hasty bookings. Therefore I will refrain from further bookings in the future.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to any foreign tourist. I bought 3 tickets for the Lysefjord cruise for myself, my friend and her 6 years old daughter. We were excited and happy to see the Norwegian fjords. The cruise was suddenly cancelled through an e-mail, 1,5 hrs before its departure time. My guests, especially the little girl, were sad and disappointed. I was promised a money refund within 7 business days, however not a single penny has been returned back to me so far. I provided Norled with two bank account numbers (in case they had trouble with pushing through a foreign money transfer). The customer service received was rather harsh and gruff, eventually they stopped replying at all. If you value your money and look for a friendly, reliable fjord cruise vendor that sticks to their word, please choose a different company than Norled. And dear Norled - your staff needs a training in proper customer service very badly.

Booked a Lysefjord and Pulpit Rock boat tour for my friends who visited Stavanger for two days from another country. 10 minutes before departure Norled cancelled the trip! Norled didn't send any email, SMS or phone call to inform about the cancellation. My friends only found out when they went to onboard the boat. This despite my friends called Norled one hour before to check for directions to the boat. Since Norled cancelled too late, it was not possible to find any other boat trips. Meaning essentially my friends daytrip got ruined. Norleds only comment was "come back tomorrow", which is too late since my friends have left the country by then. At least hope for a quick refund of the tickets...

We used NORLED's partner TIDE for the 25mns ride (by bus) from Tau to Preikestolen and it was the worst: they OVERBOOKED, and the way back was a nightmare as they did not have enough buses and no shelter/infrastructure is planned for waiting time. People rushed to get in the bus after a 4-5hrs hike, tired and wet, and angry having to stand for 1hr or more without knowing if they were going to make it in the next bus. No authority to manage the line that was chaos.
