Not quite a scam but a terrible company
They list thousands of items at good prices but only 10% of anything they list is in stock - everything else is "on backorder" which they state takes an extra 10 days to ship.
10 WEEKS later and still no items so I email and are very rudely told that backorder items take longer and I have to wait, choose something else or get my money back.
Everything else I want is also on backorder so I choose the refund.
No apology; if anything the guy emailing makes out like it's my fault.
It's a shame cos their items that do ship out are genuinely excellent quality but they don't have the stock they claim, they have zero customer service skills and they do not care about customer satisfaction in the slightest.
Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your order. I have up after nearly 3 months.
That's what you get for buying cheap from the East I guess.

the shirts i bought from this were a bunch of metalcore band merch
the shirts i bought from this website in 2024 were high quality and cotton but the ones i bought this year(exact same shirt and size) were very thin and sub par quality compared to before but overall pretty good. the graphic prints could be bigger.
The real problem is the shipping and customer service. they took 2 months to process my order that said would only take 5 weeks max and then i just got an email saying it was refunded due to "buyer's behavior" when all i did was email them "hey guys just wondering when the shirts will be shipped as it has been 2 months no pressure". very poor customer service and ignoring emails for months on end is not a good look.
i recommend only purchasing one shirt ONLY if it says "available now" otherwise you will end up waiting months with 0 communication

the money you have stolen from us!

Se quedan el dinero y no lo devuelven
Hice un pedido de 5 artículos por un importe de 125€.
Al hacer el pedido dejé un mensaje que decía que me reembolsarán los artículos no disponibles. De los 5 artículos 4 no estaban disponibles. Solo estaba disponible 1 camiseta de niño de 4,99€. Insistí en dos mails que me reembolsaran el importe de los 4 artículos no disponibles pero ellos no me daban mi dinero. Yo quería mi dinero y ellos se lo quedaban.
Tuve que ir a PayPal a solicitar mi dinero y PayPal me hizo un reembolso de los 4 artículos.
Ahora ellos me insultan por mail y me dicen que han avisado a su abogada para denunciarme y que voy a tener que pagar miles de euros.
NO COMPRES EN ESA WEB, SON UNOS LADRONES. SVEIN ERES UN LADRÓN.

Roxx BKK - thievery
Purchased a t-shirt nearly four months ago. It was never sent. No explanation, no replies received to several messages (via email and their website). No refund. Roxx BKK took my money with apparently no intention of ever providing the product they were advertising. Do not trust this company.

I was sent part of my order, never sent tracking number, never sent the rest of the items, and when tried to contact, insults, swear words and bad manners.
No need to waste money or time. And he (Svein Falk Lorentzen) is not worth at all to deal wirh.

good quality but consistently rude seller
good quality but many items are 'backordered'. my worst 'backorder' waited nearly a year & a half (!!!) whereas their site says thos items are normally processed within 4-5 days. the seller instead of being friendly (i've emailed him at various points) is ALWAYS borderline rude, never friendly & never proactively trying to ensure 'customer loyalty' or 'customer satisfaction'.
you'd think with large 'backorder' delays (it's happened many other times too) that say a discount off a future order would be offered, a coupon code, even a simple apology - in this case though? NOTHING!!
i think this last interaction (which was snarky & unprofessional coming from a business) makes it super easy to write this & for me to avoid buying again!
want good items (if they're in stock), go with them but want some basic level respect & a friendly seller who values his customers? go elsewhere...
personally, it's not worth the overall bad experience so try other sites...
