Not quite a scam but a terrible company They list thousands of items at good prices but only 10% of anything they list is in stock - everything else is "on backorder" which they state takes an extra 10 days to ship. 10 WEEKS later and still no items so I email and are very rudely told that backorder items take longer and I have to wait, choose something else or get my money back. Everything else I want is also on backorder so I choose the refund. No apology; if anything the guy emailing makes out like it's my fault. It's a shame cos their items that do ship out are genuinely excellent quality but they don't have the stock they claim, they have zero customer service skills and they do not care about customer satisfaction in the slightest. Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your order. I have up after nearly 3 months. That's what you get for buying cheap from the East I guess. Avoid.
