They likely have one of the best selections of camera gear around, but their order system is just plain silly and their customer service needs to improve. I bought a laptop for my girlfriend on their website that said they had three left in their store. We went to the store to pick it up. There we were told by several staff members we would have to wait until it was shipped from their central storage facility even though they had three of them right there in front of us. Very disgruntled we had to leave the store empty handed and then wait a couple of weeks before we got it. When we finally got the laptop we noticed that the screen had serious uniformity and light leakage issues. It got shipped back to the manufacturer so they could have a look at it. After a while without a response and laptop they agreed to give us another one from the store this time. Unfortunately it had the same issues. After a long time with no follow-up on their side we finally got the unsatisfactory answer from the store saying the screen is within specs and nothing out of the ordinary. See the attached photo of the screen. That concluded a total of three months wasted for us.

Veldig stor butikk, med det aller aller meste du kan tenke deg innenfor fotoutstyr. Ventetidene er derimot ekstremt lange, der de ofte bruker 10-15 minutter per kunde, selv om kunden ikke skal ha noe særlig. Ironisk nok virker det som de vil ha deg ut derifra fortest mulig. Noen ledige ansatte ser deg ikke heller, går rett forbi, hvor de generelt sett er lite hyggelige og lite imøtekommende og nesten kjepphøye. Det er få unntak, heldigvis. Du føler deg rett og slett oversett, og jeg har vært her mange ganger.

It's not the cheapest shop. I found something in good price because of black weak. I bought it and choose to pick up at the shop next day I've been there and ask som guy he checked in system and said that it didn't arrive yet and I will receive SMS when is ready. OK I've been waiting one week and nothing, went there again this time asked in the "pic up point"? "Service" I don't know there is no sign. I asked there and yeah it is ! It was ready but nobody informed me ! I wonder how many more days I could have wait?

Old store with a large selection of goods. Personell is very friendly and helpful but..: 1. Expensive. Most other photo-video stores or chains in Norway are cheaper 2. Service is soooo slow.. You have the feeling that you are at a public agency.

A leading photography equipment store for pros but I cannot say they have the most friendly and helpful personnel. They have a terriblly slow and inefficient online customer service. I would suggest Interfoto over them in terms of customer relations

Bra fotobutikk, men var bedre før. Tar tid å få bestillingsvarer, lite varer i butikken, rotete fremstilt. dårlig med prising i butikken, hvorfor?
