A Five-Star Experience at Fara Cycling Oslo! From start to finish, our experience with Fara Cycling Oslo was nothing short of exceptional. We recently purchased and collected a bike for my daughter, and every aspect of the process exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. The team went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect bike, offering expert advice and answering all our questions with patience and enthusiasm. As for the bike itself? Absolute top-tier quality. It’s clear that Fara Cycling takes pride in their products, and the attention to detail is evident in every component. The bike is so beautifully! Fara Cycling Oslo comes with our highest recommendation—you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a fantastic experience

I was researching new gravel bikes and must have had 50 or more under consideration. The Fara Gr4 ticked all my boxes and offers a great quality and very versatile package at a reasonable price. Fara is consumer direct from Norway. The communication and service is first rate.

I recently received my Fara F/Road bike. It is simply awesome. It feels smooth, fast, and everything I was hoping it would be. The strand colour is striking yet subtle and I am enjoying every mile I ride on it. The customer service was great and I can only say good things about the whole experience.

I have been looking for my perfect bike and I found it at FARA. The F/All Road is great for a club ride or a brevet . I love the classic clean frame design and the long day comfort. I was a little nervous purchasing a bike that I didn’t test ride . But the customer service was awesome. Lengthy emails and virtual meets answered my concerns and address my bike build needs. The order process was simple and timely. When I asked about delivery time, customer service said they would check with their Taiwan partner as it was during the Chinese New Year. I got confirmation within 36 hours. The bike delivery came as promised. Packaging was beautiful, signed by the person who built the bike. I loved the attention to details. Thank you FARA for building my perfect bike . I look forward to many happy miles !

I rented a bike for Oslo triathlon. Alex (I think that was his name) was an amazing help, flexible and helped me choose the best bike to rent. The bike itself was amazing from the design to the brakes. With its sleek Nordic design and robust engineering, the company would do very well in London!

Great service from the shop for my mail…

Great service from the shop for my mail order to UK price included tax due BREXIT of course, great quality products delivered quickly and really well packed. I bought some spares for my FARA gravel and also a set of the custom fit luggage which is fantastic and they work really well with the fidlock system

Awful service!

I would like to share my experience of working with this company. About a week ago, I wrote a letter to support and asked about the possibility of delivering a specific product to my country. On behalf of the company, Csaba Ringhoffer responded to me. He wrote to me: "Yes, this product can be delivered to your country, place an order on our website!" The next day, I tried to place an order, but the payment button gave me an error. Then I contacted Csaba Ringhoffer support to help me pay. To do this, I asked to send a manually typed invoice for payment directly by card or via Paypal. Note: their website only allows payment via their local Scandinavian service Klarna. It's amazing that in the 21st century, someone doesn't have a PayPal wallet. Maybe they operate in their region, but why declare worldwide delivery? Csaba answered me exactly 1 (one) letter per day, no more (why more?). As if his working day consists of coming to his desk for 10 minutes, answering and going home. I am simply discouraged and surprised at what a low level of customer service is. Then he asked me if I could pay for the order via Revolut (I answered no/this service does not work in my country). And he still answered one question per day. And today, after a week of fruitless and stupid correspondence, Csaba Ringhoffer wrote to me: "Unfortunately, while we were corresponding, this product became more expensive and we cannot supply it at the old price, blah-blah-blah." Do you understand when they wri…

I am very happy to have purchased my new bike from Fara, not only because the F/All-Road feels fantastic but also because this brand is made of people passionated about cycling who care about sharing their passion with customers. Great service and flexibility to suit my needs with the order, thanks!

I absolutely love my All-Road Fara bike. It's beautiful, light and super fun to ride. I've been riding it on road and light gravel, and it's been a real joy so far!

Lovely gravel bikes, beautifully designed with integrated cargo solutions and a choice of components and accessories.

Its like when you're a kid and you want to play or ride, but your mum calls you in for dinner.. and she calls again and again and again, but you're enjoying it too much.. Its OK though because after dinner i'll be back on my bike again, loving every minute

Working with the folks from FARA has been a great experience. We've bought 2 A/R's, 2 Road, 1 Gravel. The bikes are great, we especially love the A/R's for their versatility in handling any kind road or terrain,. Buy a FARA and be as happy as we are.

Out of curiosity…

My curiosity was drawn to this relative unknown Norwegian cycle brand so I purchased a custom Fara gravel bike. Clear info, fine equip options and easy ordering on the website. Good communication about a problem with the order and overall great service. Delivery was good. Simple assembling and set up the bike. Great color, lightweight and super smooth and comfortable ride. Love my new Fara bike!

The story got me intrigued, the bike made a fan

I was intrigued by the story behind the brand. So I bought the bike. And it made me their fan. From quality to build, performance and timeless aesthetic, it's just beautiful. It's fast, responsive and comfy. I love spending hours on my FARA All-Road model. I cannot recommend FARA enough. These guys deserve more recognition.

Absolutely first class service, equipment and attention. Hired a gravel bike for three days and couldn't have been happier with it and the team. Would heartily recommend.

I recently bought a F / All road. I am pleased with the bike; it does live up to the reviews! Unfortunately, the aftercare has been very poor. The rear mudguard stays were too short. I ordered these from Fara at the time of purchase and they came with the bike. Fara seem to have no interest in sorting this out. I asked for them to send me replacement rear stays, but they don't seem to accept I have a problem. I live in the UK so I cannot go to their shop. Fortunately, my mechanic has provided a workaround with some extensions, but I would not buy another bike from Fara as it is very unlikely they would provide supportive aftercare.

Great bikes and the best customer service. The staff are enthusiastic cyclists themselves.

I bought a F/Gravel from Fara Cycling…

I bought a F/Gravel from Fara Cycling in the Signature Phylite colour. It really is a beautiful bike, the paint job is incredible. But the build quality is also top notch. I chose an Ekar drive train from Campagnola and Fulcrum wheels. Its possible to spec the bike exactly the way you want it or they also have an off the rack pre built setup as well. It took a while to get the bike but it was worth the wait. The ride is beautiful, Im delighted with it.

Utrolig hyggelig butikk. Fikk hjelp av en kunnskapsrik og smilende kar!

Meget god service og flotte sykler
